At Midnight Rebellion, every item we sell comes directly from the brand that created it. We work with independent designers and established alternative brands to ensure you receive authentic, first-quality merchandise, never replicas or mass-produced imitations.

To maintain product integrity and reduce unnecessary handling, orders are fulfilled directly from each brand’s warehouse or studio. This approach also helps minimize excess packaging and transit materials, reducing waste wherever possible while ensuring your items arrive safely and responsibly.

Most of our brands ship from within the United States. A small number of our international partners ship directly from their own facilities overseas. When an order includes items from multiple brands, shipments may arrive separately, and you’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

Brand Standards and Shipping Methods

We do not sell unbranded, generic, or mass-produced goods. Every brand carried by Midnight Rebellion is carefully selected for its originality, craftsmanship, and alignment with our dark, alternative aesthetic.

Orders ship via the most efficient and cost-effective method based on your location and the items ordered. We primarily ship via USPS, with UPS or FedEx used when appropriate. If you have a preference or concern regarding a specific carrier, you’re always welcome to contact us at sales@midnightrebellion.com prior to ordering. If you need a quicker shipping option than you're seeing, definitely contact us before your order and we can get that figured out.

International Orders, Duties and Tariffs

International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes assessed by their country’s customs authority. These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

For U.S. customers, certain items shipped from international brand partners may be subject to import tariffs (mainly Hades Footwear if you choose the fastest DHL shipping, but you can choose a slower UPS shipping and will pay no tariffs. This is for US buyers only, international buyers will pay an import tax) In some cases (Devil Fashion), these fees are prepaid; in others (Hades Footwear DHL Express), they may be collected upon delivery depending on the shipping method selected. Faster services such as DHL Express typically incur tariffs upon entry, while some economy options may not.

What if the order is being reported as Delivered but is nowhere to be found? 

Once your package has been scanned as delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, you can try the following:

• Confirm that the shipping address you provided is correct.
• Visit your local courier office with the tracking number to see where the mail carrier dropped off your package.
• Look at the mail hub where the mail carrier delivers all mail.
• Check with neighbors to see if your package was dropped off next door.
• Sometimes couriers update tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
